Auditório Luís de Camões was built, in the seventies, in the Cloister of the former Convento da Graça, where the Public Library and Regional Archive of Ponta Delgada used to be. When, in 2004, the Regional Conservatory of Ponta Delgada moved to the building that was occupied by the Public Library, the venue became part of this music school, hosting regular lessons, concerts, and other extracurricular artistic activities.
