We have been following the work of Valentina Magaletti for a long time now. A virtuoso percussionist, Magaletti is mainly known for her work with Vanishing Twin, Tomaga, UUUU, Raime, Nicolas Jaar and Jandek. In this collaboration with producer Al Wootton (TRULE Records, FKA Deadboy) they propose a universe highly influenced by dub reggae (in the vein of the experimental works of On-U-Sound or Muslimgauze) and post-punk from projects like Liquid Liquid and 23 Skidoo. The result is a psychedelic, free-form, high energy, spiritual dub-dance music.
